The 2008 Pedometer Challenge commenced on Monday 6 October.

The challenge is held over two months, finishing on Sunday 30 November.

 

Research has shown that pedometer challenge participants have the ability to decrease their risk of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and increase fitness and energy levels.
