In 2007/2008, Maryborough District Nursing Service provided 6,715 hours of care to 389 Patients. They drove 69,334 km across the Shire of Central Goldfields. Palliative care was provided to 43 patients and their families and carers. 

Avoca provided 2,664 hrs of care to 283 patients including medication management, palliative care and wound management.
