Management & Staff
MDHS is one of the largest employers in the Central Goldfields Shire. We employ 360 staff over three campuses - Avoca, Dunolly and Maryborough. 64% of staff are employed in a professional capacity in roles such as nursing and allied health. All our professional staff are credentialed or meet professional registration requirements.
There are 42 full-time and part-time staff working at the Avoca campus with another six casual staff who provide holiday, long service and sick leave relief. Dunolly has approximately 28 full-time and part-time staff.
Staff are extremely committed to the care of patients, residents and clients, providing an excellent standard of holistic care including physical, emotional, social and recreational care.
